This track includes several business roles. Responsibilities are grouped by specialization:

1- Sales Specialist / Sales Engineer Intern

• Support research, prospecting & lead qualification
• Assist in preparing technical & commercial offers
• Participate in client communication (meetings, calls, emails)
• Develop sales presentations & product demos
• Contribute to negotiation, proposal writing & deal follow-up
• Analyze market data & competitor activity

2- Marketing Intern (Content creating)

• Assist in planning and executing monthly marketing campaigns (digital and offline).
• Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to support campaigns and content strategy.
• Create engaging written content for social media, website, newsletters, and print materials.
• Assist with SEO, digital ads, email marketing, and campaign performance tracking.
• Collaborate with technical and business development teams to develop content for sales tools (presentations, company profiles, offer templates).
• Promote NoorNation’s achievements, project deliveries, partnerships, awards, and recognitions.
• Attend and represent NoorNation at marketing events, demos, or launches as needed.

3- Marketing Intern (Media Production)

• Create visual content for social media, website, presentations, print materials, and videos.
• Assist in planning and executing monthly marketing campaigns (digital and offline).
• Support design and production of graphics, videos, and other marketing assets.
• Collaborate with local and international partners on marketing activities.
• Participate in marketing events, demos, or product launches.
• Manage marketing-related vendors or outsourced designers and producers.
• Perform any other marketing and content-related tasks as assigned by management.
• Familiarity with graphic and media tools (Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator, Canva, capcut, Adobe Premiere or equivalent)

4- Project Development Intern

• Conduct market and site research for solar & LifeBox projects
• Identify leads, client opportunities and feasibility indicators
• Assist in preparing proposals, timelines, and concept notes
• Support project documentation, resource planning & coordination

This track includes multiple engineering roles. Responsibilities are grouped by specialization:

1- Project / Production Engineer Intern (Electrical/Mechanical)

• Support full project cycle for solar PV & RO water-treatment projects
• Assist in site assessments, load estimations & technical evaluations
• Prepare BOQs/BOMs, technical designs, and equipment lists
• Participate in factory assembly, QA/QC checks, and on-site installations
• Work with procurement, suppliers, and project management teams
• Prepare project documentation and reporting

2- Technical Office Engineer Intern

• Support preparation of drawings (SLD, layout, schematics)
• Assist in system sizing and preliminary solar PV design
• Maintain documentation, revision logs, and technical reports
• Conduct site preparation analysis and prepare technical packages
• Preparing feasibility studies, quotations and pricing offers
• Preparing sales presentations / proposal presentations for clients
• Conducting techno-economic / technical-commercial analysis
• Updating the suppliers' database: prices, specifications, and supplier lists
• Supporting commercial tasks (offer comparisons, vendor updates)

3- IoT Engineer Intern

• Build, test, and integrate sensors, controllers & communication modules

• Assist with firmware updates, data logging, and troubleshooting

• Following up, managing, and communicating with NoorNation’s IoT partners for both hardware and software development.


4- Water Engineer Intern

• Assist in sizing RO & filtration systems integrated into LifeBox
• Participate in water sampling, quality checks & flow-rate calculations
• Support preparation of designs, BOQs & performance evaluations
• Join installations, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities

Production Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Client and Site Management:

• Understand client requirements and translate them into operational plans.
• Conduct site visits and feasibility studies to determine the best solutions for solar system installations.
• Oversee the design and complete execution of solar systems.

Factory Operations:

• Manage factory operations, including design, engineering, and execution of work orders for steel structures and assembly.
• Supervise and support factory technicians in their daily tasks.
Solar System Design & engineering:
• Design solar PV systems and related electrical equipment, including cable selection and layout schematics.
• Calculate technical sizing, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and Bill of Materials (BOM).
• Submit and approve drawings/documents, schedule inspections, and ensure compliance with standards.

Project Execution and Support:

• Execute solar projects from start to finish, including after-sales support.
• Perform designing and simulations using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, PVSYST, PVSol, SAM, and related tools.
• Conduct essential tests required for solar project execution.

Project Management:

• Manage project activities and ensure outstanding customer communication.
• Conduct due diligence reviews and evaluations, including contract and financial model reviews.
• Resolve technical issues with project developers, lenders, and investors, coordinating with internal specialists.

Travel and Flexibility:

• Travel across Egypt for site-to-site projects as required.
• Maintain organized and detailed records of daily tasks and processes.
Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate files and documents, including up-to-date pricing information from suppliers.
• Provide regular status reports and develop Management Information Systems (MIS) to analyse market data.

Water Treatment Systems:

• Design and develop Reverse Osmosis (RO) and filtration systems for specific water treatment requirements.
• Oversee installation, ensure performance specifications, and resolve system issues.
• Stay updated on advancements in water treatment technologies.
