Key Responsibilities
● Manage the production of solar system components and structures.
● Oversee installation and ensure projects meet quality and safety standards.
● Collaborate with procurement and design teams to optimize production.
● Develop procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
● Supervise and train technicians and ensure safety compliance.
● Monitor performance and suggest continuous improvements.
Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
● 2+ years of experience in production or manufacturing (preferably solar).
● Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar software.
● Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
● Knowledge of HSE regulations and quality control systems.
● Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency preferred.
Nice to Have
● Understanding of solar project financing and contracts.
● Working knowledge of IEC/NEC/Egyptian Electrical Code.
● Familiarity with water desalination and storage systems.
