• What is LifeBox?
  LifeBox is a solar-powered, self-contained mobile unit that provides clean energy and safe water for farms, tourism facilities, companies, and rural communities. You can discover LifeBox in detail through https://www.noornation.com/lifebox
• Can LifeBox be customized for specific needs?
  Absolutely! NoorNation collaborates with clients to customize LifeBox units based on local requirements. By adjusting energy capacity or water purification features, we ensure a tailored solution.
• What is the length of a container unit in meters?
  3, 6, and 9 meters are the available container unit lengths, and it can be customized to meet your land requirements. You can also choose the required power, which ranges from 10 to 125 horsepower (12 kW to 131 kW) and can desalinate 1 to 600 m3 of water.
• For how many hours can a LifeBox provide power each day?
  In summer, a LifeBox can provide daily continuous power from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. and from 7:30 to 3:30 in winter, i.e., the longest daily period of power in Egypt. In most of our projects, LifeBox can operate until 5 p.m.
• What kind of solar panels are found in a LifeBox?
  NoorNation uses tier-1 mono solar panels, which are manufactured in the Philadelphia Solar Factory in Jordan under our direct supervision and according to our technical specifications. These panels have 18% higher endurance at high temperatures. They are also bifacial; this feature enables them to produce 25% more energy compared to other Chinese solar panels.
• Who makes the concrete base?
  Although our customers prepare the concrete base, we can provide supervision, technical specifications, and 3D designs to specifically suit the required LifeBox.
• What type of inverter is found in LifeBox?
  Frecon Inverter is a Chinese inverter that is well known and has an authorized service center in Egypt. It has been there for 7 years with zero malfunctions and strong hardware and software.
• What are the specifications of the chassis of the LifeBox?
  The chassis is made of hot-dip galvanized steel with a thickness of not less than 2.5 mm, with a hot-dip galvanizing layer for protection against rust. It is formed using electric welds to achieve strong durability and is perforated with laser technology to ensure assembly accuracy. It is designed to withstand five times its weight and wind speeds of up to 130 km per hour.
• Is it possible for panels to be stolen?
  Any solar panels without guards can be stolen, but our installation method gives us an advantage. Unlike traditional clamps that are installed from the front, our clamps are secured from the back, making it much more difficult for the panels to be stolen.

Payment

• Does the price include desalination?
  The desalination system and the lighting station are separate components and are priced separately. The prices of LifeBox range from 10 to 125 hp, including everything except the pump, the concrete base, and the desalination. In the price list, there is the price of the desalination system with a production of 5 m3 and 10 m3 per day, and the lighting station as an optional addition.
• Do you offer installment plans?
  We offer two systems: the first with the National Bank of Egypt with a 5% decreasing interest rate, which requires the land papers to be sound and complete and usually takes up to 3 months. The second is faster and much easier with Contact Company, while the interest rate is higher (11% per year, 14% for 3 years, or 16.5% for 5 years), but it takes much less time and does not need land papers, and its conditions are that the customer can pay the installments through Contact sales.

Maintenance

• Do you offer periodic maintenance?
  We offer at least one year of free maintenance, meaning 3 or 4 visits per year, and it is very important to prolong the life of the components.
• How is LifeBox 18% more efficient than regular systems?
  There are several reasons. First, elevating the solar panels off the ground improves ventilation, which greatly enhances their efficiency. Additionally, the panels are bifacial, meaning they generate electricity from both sides. This boosts energy production by 10 to 25%, resulting in higher output throughout the day and extended water pumping times.
• How do you clean solar panels?
  Through the maintenance and ventilation holes in the panels, we recommend dry cleaning. We can also provide you with a telescopic microfiber cleaning brush from Efika, a company that specializes in the manufacture of solar panels.
