Key Responsibilities
Site Execution & Operations
• Follow up on installation, commissioning, testing, and maintenance activities on-site
• Support daily site operations and ensure work is progressing according to plans and timelines
• Monitor execution quality and make sure activities are aligned with technical requirements and safety standards
Technical Support & Engineering Coordination
• Coordinate with engineering, factory, technicians, contractors, and suppliers during project execution
• Support solar PV system installation and related electrical and infrastructure work
• Assist in reviewing drawings, layouts, schematics, and technical instructions when needed
• Help troubleshoot technical issues during installation or operation phases
Site Visits & Field Activities
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and basic technical assessments
• Support feasibility checks and provide site-related observations and feedback
• Travel to different project locations when required for execution, inspections, or maintenance activities
Reporting & Documentation
• Track site progress and help prepare technical and progress updates
• Maintain site records, checklists, reports, and operational documentation
• Support project handover activities and post-installation follow-ups when needed
Team Collaboration & Supervision
• Support technicians and subcontractors during daily site activities
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow between site, factory, and engineering operations
• Contribute to maintaining an organized, practical, and solution-oriented working environment
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy, or related field
• 1+ year of experience in site work, solar projects, or technical engineering roles
• Basic understanding of solar PV systems and electrical installations
• Ability to read drawings and understand technical instructions
• Comfortable working on-site and moving between different locations
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a practical, fast-moving environment
• Willingness to learn and grow in renewable energy field work
Nice to Have
• Experience with AutoCAD, PVsyst, PVSol, or similar tools
• Exposure to solar installation or field operations before
• Basic understanding of BOQ/BOM or technical documentation
• Awareness of site safety (HSE basics)
• Experience in startups or fast-paced field environments
