Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce marketing assets (graphics, short videos, decks, flyers) for digital and print.
• Create accurate product and impact content with the technical team, including LifeBox messaging (solar-powered, self-contained, fast-deployable; delivers clean energy and safe water).
• Manage digital presence: website updates, social channels, newsletters, and paid campaigns.
• Execute targeted campaigns with measurable outcomes (lead volume, CPL, CAC, conversion rate).
• Co-build monthly/quarterly plans with the external marketing agency and ensure timely delivery.
• Support Business Development with sales enablement tools (sales deck, company profile, offer templates).
• Run market research and competitor benchmarking to refine personas and positioning.
• Track performance, report insights, and optimize via A/B testing and conversion improvements.

Requirements

• 0–5 years in digital marketing/content/performance marketing (startup or tech/energy preferred).
• Strong Arabic and English (writing, presentation, and stakeholder communication).
• Hands-on content creation (Canva / Adobe tools) and basic video editing/videography capability.
• Experience running and optimizing campaigns (Meta/Google, email marketing, SEO/SEM).
• Strong analytical mindset (KPIs, ROI, reporting) and comfort using Excel/Google tools.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear customer-facing value propositions.
• Strong proposal/report writing for partnerships, awards, grants, or fundraising support.
• Organized project management skills (vendors, freelancers, timelines, quality control).

Nice to Have

• Background/interest in solar energy and related commercial/financing/regulatory basics.
• Experience in B2B lead generation for agriculture, tourism, or rural infrastructure solutions.
• Marketing certifications (Google, Meta, HubSpot, etc.).
• Portfolio of brand/content work (graphics, videos, presentations, landing pages).
• Experience coordinating events, partnerships, and joint announcements.
• Familiarity with CRM workflows and lead qualification processes.
