Eng. Saher Ismail’s Olive Farm Preserves Its Trees… and Powers Irrigation with Solar Energy from NoorNation’s LifeBox
Eng. Saher Ismail’s Olive Farm

In January 2025, NoorNation installed a 40.25 kWp LifeBox™ at a 100-feddan olive tree farm owned by Eng. Saher Ismail in Atfih – Giza. The system powers a 40 hp submersible pump, delivering reliable solar irrigation across the full cultivated area.
This farm, planted with mature olive trees, presented a key challenge: limited space. Traditional solar systems would have required cutting down many valuable trees to make room for the installation something the farm owner wanted to avoid.
Thanks to LifeBox™’s compact and high-performance design, the system was installed without removing trees, maximizing land use and protecting the long-term agricultural investment.
Today, the farm runs entirely off solar power, reducing electricity costs while maintaining stable irrigation and productivity.
LifeBox™ is not just about clean energy it’s a smarter, space-saving solution for sustainable farming.
