NoorNation Selected for UNESCO & Nestlé “Youth Impact: Because You Matter” Global Youth Grant Scheme

NoorNation has been selected to participate in the “Youth Impact: Because You Matter” Global Youth Grant Scheme, led by UNESCO and Nestlé, with its flagship project LifeBox™ – a solar-powered water desalination solution designed for off-grid communities.

Under the leadership of Antoon Tarek, Head of Product Development at NoorNation, the project aims to expand access to clean energy and safe water for underserved communities, contributing to a more sustainable and inclusive future.

Participation in the programme will support the enhancement of LifeBox’s impact, scalability, and deployment readiness through structured mentorship and capacity-building support over a six-month period from October 2025 to March 2026. This milestone reflects NoorNation’s commitment to youth-led innovation and highlights the role of Egyptian-developed solutions in advancing global climate action across Africa and the MENA region.
